Understanding the difference between Tiny Homes and ADUs in Colorado is important when addressing housing needs here In Colorado. As housing trends evolve to meet diverse needs, the popularity of Tiny Homes and Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) has surged.



These two options, though similar in some aspects, serve different purposes and adhere to distinct regulations.



The biggest difference: ADUs are permanent structures, installed on foundations, adding to the value of the real estate.
