ADUs - backyard bungalows - mini homes from Verdant Living are manufactured (assembled off site) in the Skyline Champion plant York, Nebraska. The units are modular; sometimes referred to as prefab. They are delivered with a truck, finished, including appliances.

Off site assembly has many advantages, including:

• high quality construction, indoors, so no delays due to weather

• limit of on site construction mess (and less waste) and neighborhood disruption

• shorter lead times and firm delivery date (building is assembled while site is prepared)

• LESS EXPENSIVE - 20% less than stick built on site
