Manufactured - modular - prefab

ADUs - backyard bungalows - mini homes from Verdant Living are manufactured (assembled off site) in the Skyline Champion plant York, Nebraska. The units are modular; sometimes referred to as prefab. They are delivered with a truck, finished, including appliances.

Off site assembly has many advantages, including:

high quality construction, indoors, so no delays due to weather
limit of on site construction mess (and less waste) and neighborhood disruption
shorter lead times and firm delivery date (building is assembled while site is prepared)
LESS EXPENSIVE - 20% less than stick built on site
