Inter generational housing

The West Denver Renaissance Collaborative has done great work finding ways to build ADUs (accessory dwelling units) in west Denver neighborhoods, which have many residents of moderate means. This story is about one of prime uses of ADUs: inter generational housing and the way it impacts housing affordability, wealth creation, and promoting neighborhood stability.
We should find ways to encourage ADUs for buyers of moderate means; the finance piece being critical.
