ADUs as affordable housing

Many ADUs are not considered "affordable"; they are custom and stick built where the buyers have specific ideas and have the resources to implement them. Good for them!

However, quality ADUs can be obtained for a cost that makes them affordable (to buy or rent). Manufactured mini homes from Verdant Living fill this need.
