ADUs and zoning

Until recently, most local zoning was not ADU friendly. That is changing. California has a state wide law allowing ADUs, same in many cities, Portland Oregon and Austin Texas among them. In Denver several neighborhoods have been rezoned, as have many other local jurisdictions.
